Regular fit with room to move through the chest and shoulders. If you want a closer, athletic look, take one size down.
Garment figures are the article laid flat and doubled where it goes around you. Measure yourself with a soft tape, over light clothing. Chest/bust: around the fullest part, tape level under the arms. Compare that to the "Fits body" column.
Measurements are in inches and may vary by up to half an inch between pieces.
Care
Machine wash cold, 30°C maximum, on a gentle cycle. Turn inside out first to protect the print. Wash with like colours, and wash it on its own for the first two or three washes — the navy can bleed onto the white collar and cuffs. No fabric softener — it coats the fibres and kills the moisture-wicking and anti-odour finish. Do not bleach, including on the white trim. Do not dry clean. Do not tumble dry. Reshape and hang to dry in the shade. Cool iron only if you need to, and never over the logo. Do not press the rib collar flat. Wash it after every session. Sweat left sitting in the fabric is what wears out the stretch.
